We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction is met. If you feel that HarvestMedia is not delivering the benefits and ease of use that you hoped for, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the problem with you and will try to correct it.
If we are unable to satisfy you, we will address, on a case by case basis, the terms of a refund in context of your agreement with HarvestMedia. Send us a note, tell us what’s up, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy.
Since HarvestMedia is a Software as a Service platform delivery of the service is continuous and as such we regard provision of access to the platform as delivery of the services.
