Refund Policy

If you’re ever unhappy with Harvest Media, for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll take your concerns on board and work with you to address the issue. All you need to do is email support@harvestmedia.net.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are satisfied. If you feel that Harvest Media is not delivering the benefits and ease of use that you hoped for, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the problem with you.

If we are unable to satisfy you, we will address, on a case by case basis, the terms of a refund in context of your agreement with Harvest Media. Send us a note, tell us what’s up, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy.

Delivery Policy

Since Harvest Media is a Software as a Service platform, delivery of the service is continuous and as such we regard provision of access to the platform as delivery of the services.
